About Caroline

I am a qualified chef living and working in beautiful Marion Bay, five minutes from the stunning Innes National Park. Being involved in hospitality for around 25 years my catering experience is quite extensive. After traveling to the Mediterranean I soon realised that this place is something special. Because I have a strong desire to share our region’s delights I am now sourcing local products for you to experience.
