Gourmet BBQ menu selection.

You may choose 4 salads and 4 main course items.

Salad selections:

  • Creamy potato and egg salad.
  • Caesar salad.
  • Greek salad.
  • Roasted pumpkin, baby spinach, crumbled fetta salad served with a sweet paprika and walnut dressing.
  • Yorke Peninsula Red lentil Tabouli served with an Asian style dressing.
  • Tossed salad with Asian greens.
  • Crunchy Asian noodle salad.
  • Vine ripened Tomato, fresh basil, mozzarella with an olive oil and balsamic based dressing.

Main course selections:

  • Coopers beer battered King George whiting on skewers served with homemade tartare sauce.
  • Greek style Marinated lamb skewers.
  • Gourmet sausages, 3 styles.
  • Malaysian coconut chicken shaslicks.
  • Marinated choice beef cuts – Sirloin.
  • MBC Foods famous salt and pepper prawn skewers.
  • BBQ style marinated kangaroo steaks.
  • Tandoori chicken shaslicks.
  • Whole Fish Steaks ( what is fresh and available a the time).
  • For the vegetarian. Separately grilled vegetable kebabs can be offered in replace of other items.

Children’s Menu (12 and under):

Sausages, homemade meat patties and a salad platter available the children and they can help themselves to the dessert buffet.
